45-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell.

If you purchase The Quiet Hours Method — or any add-on in the same checkout flow — and you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 45 days of your purchase date and we'll refund you in full. No hoops. No requirement to prove you did the work. Just reach out.

What the Guarantee Covers

This policy applies to all digital products sold through thequiethoursmethod.com, including:

  • The Quiet Hours Method (main course, $29)
  • Premium Resource Pack (upsell, if purchased)
  • The First 25 Customers Sprint (upsell, if purchased)
  • The 12-Month Candle Calendar (upsell, if purchased)

If you purchased multiple products in the same checkout flow, all are covered under one refund request. You do not need to email separately for each add-on.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@thequiethoursmethod.com with:

  1. The email address used at purchase
  2. A brief reason for the refund (optional — you don't have to explain, but it helps us improve)

That's it. We'll confirm receipt and process your refund.

Processing Timeline

  • We process refund requests within 5–10 business days of receiving your email.
  • The refund is issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement after we process it.

After 45 Days

Refund requests received more than 45 days after the original purchase date are not eligible. The Quiet Hours Method is a digital product — once purchased, the content is immediately accessible and usable. We feel 45 days is a fair and generous window to evaluate it.

If you have an extenuating circumstance and are outside the 45-day window, you're still welcome to email us. We'll review it on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a refund after the window has closed.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please email us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We will refund you directly — it's faster for you, and it avoids unnecessary fees and delays on both sides. We are committed to honoring this policy, and we'd rather resolve things directly.

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where a refund was already issued or where our refund policy was clearly communicated and honored.
