Information You Provide Directly
- Name and email address — collected when you make a purchase or contact us for support.
- Payment information — collected and processed directly by Whop, our payment processor. Your payment card details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. See Section 4 for more on Whop.
Information Collected Automatically
- Browsing data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, device type, and IP address, collected by Netlify's hosting infrastructure.
- Advertising and conversion data — page views, purchase events, and related signals collected via the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (CAPI) for ad attribution purposes.
- Cookies — session cookies required for site functionality, analytics cookies, and tracking cookies placed by the Meta Pixel. See Section 6.

4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with the following providers. We share only the data each one needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- Whop — Payment processing. Whop collects and stores your payment card details directly on their PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We receive only a confirmation of successful payment. Whop Privacy Policy
- Netlify — Website hosting and CDN. Netlify may log request data (IP address, browser, page requested) as part of standard hosting operations. Netlify Privacy Policy
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (order confirmations, download links). We pass your email address and name to Resend to send these messages. Resend Privacy Policy
- Meta (Facebook) — Advertising attribution via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. Meta receives page view events, purchase events, and hashed identifiers to help us measure ad performance. Meta Privacy Policy
5. Emails We Send You
We send two types of email:
- Transactional emails — order confirmation, download links, and product fulfillment. These are sent to every customer and are not optional, as they deliver what you purchased.
- Marketing emails — tips, updates, and occasional offers related to The Quiet Hours Method. You may receive these after purchase. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing support@thequiethoursmethod.com.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use the following on the Site:
- Session cookies — required for the checkout process to function. These expire when you close your browser.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages visitors use and how the Site performs. These do not identify you personally.
- Meta Pixel — places a tracking cookie to log page views, checkout starts, and purchase completions. This data is shared with Meta to measure advertising effectiveness and allow us to show ads to people with similar interests. You can manage Meta's use of your data via your Facebook Ad Settings or through your browser's cookie controls.
7. Data Retention
- Customer records (name, email, order history) — retained while your account is active and for 7 years thereafter for tax and legal compliance purposes.
- Support correspondence — retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve issues and comply with legal obligations.
- Analytics data — retained per Netlify's default data retention windows. We do not control this directly.
- Advertising data — retained per Meta's default data retention windows for Pixel and CAPI events.
8. Your Privacy Rights
GDPR Rights (European Residents)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing.
- Restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
CCPA Rights (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Delete — request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Opt out of sale — we do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@thequiethoursmethod.com with your name, the email address used at purchase, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold:
- All pages are served over HTTPS.
- Payment card details are handled entirely by Whop's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure — we never see or store them.
- Secrets and API keys are stored as environment variables in our hosting platform, not in code.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at support@thequiethoursmethod.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using this Site, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred across borders. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the bottom of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email where we have your address. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
